I have recently had a Right Hip Replacement performed by Mr Lusty. In 2018 I also had a Left Hip Replacement done by him. On both occasions I found Mr Lusty to be very attentive to me, providing all the information about the surgery, which put me at ease. My operations went very well and I was soon recovered and my quality of life restored. Thanks to him I can now enjoy my pastimes.

I had a total right hip replacement on 13th September 2021. I could not walk far at all and was in considerable pain. I had been on a waiting list for over 2 years with the NHS and had to pay privately in the end. It was worth it to have a quality of life returned to me. Since the operation I have continued to get better and can now walk long distances and go up and down stairs with no problem. I would recommend Mr. Lusty completely.

I had complete left knee replacement surgery carried out on 6th October 2021 by Mr Patrick Lusty. I can not say enough good things about Mr Lusty- an absolutely brilliant surgeon. His pre and post consultations were brilliant as well as the surgery itself.
His instructions/ communication skills are fabulous and at all times I felt very comfortable , confident and very reassured at each interaction with him.
Nothing was too much trouble for him and if you follow Mr Lusty´s guidance you will come out the other side of surgery feeling like a "new person". I wish I had met Mr Lusty earlier to fix my knee problem.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr Lusty for knee surgery. A superb medical professional.

I had a total knee replacement by Mr Lusty on the 8th September 2021 and all I can say is I wished I had had it done sooner. From the very start of my journey I felt at ease, Mr Lusty was very informative and nothing was to much trouble. The care was excellent and I would highly recommend Mr Lusty for anyone who needs a knee replacement. He is an excellent surgeon

I was very happy with my new hip before I had the operation l couldn’t walk far but since the operation l’m playing bowls again, and walking and going up the stairs a lot easier, it’s given me a new lease of life.my life is normal again

I have been a consultant orthopaedic surgeon since 2007. I completed international fellowships specialising in joint replacement and sports medicine surgery. I am an expert in hip and knee surgery.
I specialise in hip and knee surgery. I perform minimally invasive joint replacement surgery, revision (redo) joint replacement surgery of the hip and knee. I also practice soft tissue knee surgery such as arthroscopy (keyhole surgery), and arthroscopic anterior cruciate reconstruction surgery, and meniscal (cartilage) repair and resection.
I have been running a busy consultant practice for over ten years. I have performed more than 2000 primary joint replacements (hips and knees) and more than 200 revision joint replacements (redo hips and knees) on the national joint registry. My outcomes outperform the expected in terms of revision rates on the national joint register and patient function from Amplitude outcome data (from data of over 1000 patients at Spire Wellesley) I perform many knee arthroscopic procedures including anterior cruciate reconstructions.
